First Steps

The biggest news of the moment is Isa Is Walking. I think it is safe to make the claim now as she is taking a dozen steps in a sequence and seems to be very excited about it and is apparently intent on making her primary mode of travel. For the past couple weeks she has been taking 2 or 3 steps at a time and a couple days ago made it up to 5, but tonight she crossed the line into bipedalism. A very exciting evening for all 3 of us, indeed.

The photos above are a bit of a catch up since we haven't posted since returning from Austria. Unfortunately, we don't have a good walking or standing shot yet, but we'll put one up as soon as we get it. The top one was taken tonight after the camera slowly decided to engage as Isa walked toward me, or should I say, as Isa walked toward the camera. So it missed the action, but caught a rather cute expression and those blue eyes.
